We’re launching a secure, internal-only AI chatbot for an educational institution using Azure Government Cloud and GPT capabilities. This role will help build the chatbot from scratch with a focus on data integrity, user navigation—not content delivery—and compliance with cybersecurity protocols.
🔧 Responsibilities:
- Build and customize an open-source chat system architecture
- Integrate GPT via Azure Gov Cloud, strictly disabling internet access
- Ensure the chatbot routes users to appropriate knowledge areas without generating answers
- Implement 2FA, white-listing, and access restrictions
- Work closely with project managers and security leads for integration testing
✅ Requirements:
- Experience with LLMs, preferably Azure OpenAI / GPT integration
- Strong knowledge of cloud infrastructure (Azure, especially GovCloud)
- Proficiency in Python, APIs, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes)

Location: Kiddie Academy, Hendersonville, TN
Days/Times: Mondays & Wednesdays, 10:00 AM–10:30 AM (plus setup/cleanup time) estimated at one hour each day.
NOTE: Additional days / times can be added at the 2nd location if canidate wishes to have more hours.

🌌 About the Role:
The Space Explorers Club is seeking a part-time STEAM educator to lead 3–5 year olds in an exciting, hands-on space exploration program. You'll guide students through an immersive 8-week journey filled with rocket launches, astronaut teamwork, VR missions, and more!
This is a first-round hire with opportunities for advancement and program expansion. You’ll shadow the founder during onboarding and receive hands-on training and certification to run the program independently.
✨ Responsibilities:
- Lead 30-minute AIT classes twice a week (plus setup and cleanup)
- Prepare for each week's lesson in advance
- Ensure materials and gear (e.g., suits, tools, VR, etc.) are ready and maintained
- Track and report any damaged or missing items
- Communicate student needs (e.g., suit refits) and classroom updates
- Help ensure a safe, fun, and educational space environment
